How to Obtain a Code: Codes (each, a “Code”) are available inside specially-marked packages of the following Transformers products: Deluxe Assortment, Voyager Assortment, Human Alliance Assortment, Leader Assortment, Scout Assortment, Legends Assortment, Battle Ops Bumblebee product, Speedstars Transformers Bumblebee Trackset, Speedstars Transformers Battlepack Assortment, Speedstars Transformers Stealth Force Basic Assortment, Speedstars Transformers Stealth Force Deluxe Assortment, Speedstars Transformers Stealth Force Optimus Prime, Starscream Assault, The Fury of Bonecrusher, Sideways Sneak Attack, The Ravage Infiltration, Rampage Among the Ruins, Constructicon Devastator, The Victory of the Fallen, Megatron Rising, Bombing Run Battle, Desert Ruins Brawl, Hunters Rumble, High Speed Spy Battle, Crash Landing Attack, Rotorwash Rumble, (each specially marked product with a Code will be called a “Product” and collectively, the “Products”) while supplies of these products in stores of your country last.

Codes that can be used to play the online games described below will be available in participating stores, while supplies of Products last in stores of your country, on inserts inside packages of the Products listed above. Each game described below may sometimes be referred to herein as a “Game” and/or collectively, the “Games”.

How to Participate: To participate, purchase a Product; then, visit transformers.com (in Canada tranformershunt.ca) (“Website”), select the language you wish to use and the country you reside in, and follow the directions listed below:

A. Registration: Follow the directions to register and create a User ID, password, and password recovery question. A user ID should not be an email address or other personal information. You may use the same user ID and password each time you log-in to your account after you complete registration. Once a Product has been purchased, registration for the offer does not require any additional purchase or payment. Registration will only require a login user ID and a password; none of your personal information will be collected. Please be sure to remember your user ID, password and the answer to your recovery question. If you forget your password and are unable to answer the recovery question, you will be required to create a new account. The Games are for fun, only; no prizes will be awarded. Limited to one (1) active account per person.

B. Game Play: Once registration is complete, enter the valid unique Code that you received with your Product and participate in one (1) of three (3) Mission Games. A separate unique Code is required for each of the first three (3) Mission Games. Mission Game 1, 2, and 3 may each be played up to fifteen (15) times. The Mission Games will consist of the user battling Decepticons in a variety of locations and formats. The three (3) Mission Games are considered complete when you have won each Game or played each Game the maximum limit of (15) times.

Once you complete all three (3) Mission Games, you will obtain access to the four (4) additional Games (each, a “Tech Spec Game”) and one (1) final Mission Game (“Mission Game #4”). For the purposes of these Rules, any additional Products purchased to obtain Codes after the first three (3) Products purchased to obtain Codes for Mission Games 1, 2 and 3 will be referred to herein as “Extra Codes”.

Tech Spec Games 1, 2, 3, and 4 each may be played up to fifteen (15) times. The Tech Spec Games will consist of a variety of staged tests to prepare you for the final Mission Game (“Mission Game #4”). Following your successful completion of all three (3) Mission Games, you are not required to enter an Extra Code to play any of the four (4) Tech Spec Games. However, you may enter up to four (4) Extra Codes (one (1) Extra Code per Tech Spec Game) at any time during your participation in the Tech Spec Games. Each time you enter an Extra Code to play one of the four (4) Tech Spec Games, you will be allowed an additional fifteen (15) repeat Game plays and will also unlock Elite play levels for that Game, which are more difficult training levels of that game. The Tech Spec Games are each considered complete once you have completed level 10 in each of the Games or played each Game the maximum limit of fifteen (15) times.

Once you have successfully completed all four (4) Tech Spec Games, you will obtain access to Mission Game #4. Mission Game #4 consists of a first person battle against a Decepticon. You can play Mission Game #4 up to fifteen (15) times. Following your successful completion of all four (4) Tech Spec Games, you are not required to enter an Extra Code to play Mission Game #4. However, Mission Game #4 can be played an additional five (5) times for each Extra Code entered during the Tech Spec Games for a total of up to twenty (20) additional Game plays. You will also receive boosted powers in Mission Game #4 for each Extra Code entered during the Tech Spec Games. You will receive one boosted power for each Extra Code entered. Mission Game #4 is considered complete when you win the Game or play the Game the maximum limit of twenty (20) times.

C. General Participation Conditions: If you win any Game during your first Game play, you will not be required to play that Game again to progress to the next Game level (if any). However, if you lose, you will be required to play that Game again until you win or reach the maximum number of plays for that Game in order to progress to the next Game level. If you reach the maximum number of plays for any Game and you do not win, you will still progress to the next Game level. You do not need to complete all repeat Game plays for any Game in one session. If you wish to use your repeat Game plays at a later time, you can log into your account and follow the directions provided to resume Game play.

How to Obtain Trial Codes and Intel Passwords:

A. Trial Codes: In addition to obtaining Codes and Extra Codes in Products, Trial Codes may also be distributed via other suppliers (i.e., restaurants, publications, etc.), without extra charge (each, a “Trial Code”). A Trial Code may be used to play either one (1) of the Mission Games OR to receive the boosted power benefits and additional plays resulting from entering an additional Code during (1) of the Tech Spec Games. Trial Codes distributed via other suppliers are valid only for one (1) Game. The Game that is accessed using the Trial Code may be played the maximum number of times listed in the chart above. The maximum number of times the Game may be played using the Trial Code depends on the actual Game that is accessed. The Trial Code may only be used once per person and per account.

B. Intel Passwords: Non-unique passwords (each, an “Intel Password”) will also be distributed inside some Products in some participating countries starting on or about October 1, 2010. These Intel Passwords will unlock special Website content but may not be used for Game play. A purchase of a participating Product is required to obtain an Intel Password. See chart below that details the distribution of Products that contain Intel Passwords.

Conditions Imposed on Participants: By participating, you (and, if you are an eligible minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by the terms of these Rules, and the decisions of Hasbro, which are final and cannot be changed after such decisions are made.  Persons who interfere with or misuse the Games or any aspect of the offer, and persons who do not abide by the terms of these Rules or who behave improperly or take part in any unlawful actions that jeopardize this offer, as determined by Hasbro, will be disqualified and their access to the Games will be terminated. 

General Conditions Regarding Codes, Extra Codes, Trial Codes and Intel Passwords: This term relates to any restrictions or limitations with regard to Codes, Extra Codes, Trial Codes and Intel Passwords in addition to the limits outlined in other sections of these Rules. Codes, Extra Codes, Trial Codes and Intel Passwords expire at 11:59:59 pm U.S. ET on April 15, 2011. Games will be available until 11:59:59 pm U.S. ET on April 15, 2011. The decisions of Hasbro with respect to Code, Extra Code, Trial Code and Intel Password entries and all other matters relating to this offer and these Rules are final and cannot be changed. Codes that are not unique or that are determined to have been previously entered and used will be void. Codes, Extra Codes, Trial Codes and Intel Passwords that contain printing, mechanical or other errors or are printed or produced in error, that are unreadable or blank, that are not verified or recognized as being issued by Hasbro in this offer, and that are incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted will be void. Trial Codes may be deactivated at any time during the Offer Period for any reason, including, in Hasbro’s sole discretion, if use of such Trial Codes exceeds the predetermined bandwidth for the Trial Codes. All Codes, Trial Codes and Intel Passwords submitted become property of Hasbro and will not be returned.

Release of Technical Liability: This term relates to any technology-related liability of the Released Parties (as defined below). Unless any of the Released Parties are careless or unresponsive, the Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled Codes, Extra Codes, Trial Codes, Intel Passwords, Game plays, or redemptions; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer, or errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the offer, which may occur for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties, including, without limitation, unintended errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the offer, the processing of Codes, Extra Codes, Trial Codes or Intel Passwords, the operation of the Games, or the incorrect functioning of the Website.

To the extent not prohibited by applicable laws, Game plays are provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Hasbro. Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict the application of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.  To the extent not prohibited by applicable laws, Released Parties are not responsible for death or personal injury to participants or injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this offer or downloading materials from or use of the Website, unless caused by the Released Parties’ carelessness or unresponsiveness. 

Release of Liability:  This term relates to any liability of Hasbro, Promotions.com, LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, wholesalers, distributors, printers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”).

To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, participants (and, if they are eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree to release and hold harmless Released Parties against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), including death and mental damage resulting from playing the game, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this offer (other than civil liability for death, personal injury, impairment of health or non-pecuniary damage caused by Released Parties’ carelessness or violation of these Rules or any other claim or legal responsibility arising from any intentional default, carelessness or violation of these Rules on the part of any Released Party), provided that the Released Parties are not at fault in this respect. Participants (and, if they are eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) also agree  to reimburse any Released Party in full for any losses, damages or expenses that Released Party suffers as a result of the participant's default or negligence.

Right to Terminate or Modify Offer: Offer and/or any Games may have to be withdrawn at any time if this becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances and circumstances beyond Hasbro’s control, including any legal, technical, commercial, or other reasons. In the event of such early termination of any portion of the offer (including any Game), a notice will be provided at www.transformers.com. Hasbro reserves the right to alter or modify the offer as it deems necessary in its discretion.

Miscellaneous: Not combinable with any other offer. Games, Codes and accounts have no cash value. Not transferable. No groups, clubs, newsletters or organizations can participate in this offer on behalf of the group, club or organization.  CAUTION: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this offer is in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Hasbro reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property: Participants recognize all of the right (including copyright and trademark rights), title, and interest in and to the Games shall vest exclusively in Hasbro, and participants will not have or take any action that might harm or adversely affect such rights. No right, title, or interest in and to the Games is transferred or created and participants may not use or reproduce any of the Games for any purpose other than as outlined herein. 

Privacy: No personal information will be collected in this Offer. During the registration process, a user ID and/or password should not include an email address, telephone number, date of birth, complete name, or other personal information.

Waiver/Enforceability: The failure of Hasbro, and/or Promotions.com, LLC to enforce any of its rights as set forth herein shall not constitute a waiver of such rights. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction determines that a provision of these Rules is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provisions shall be replaced with a substitute provision that most closely approximates the underlying intent of Hasbro Promotions.com LLC, and the invalidity/illegality/unenforceability of a single provision shall not affect the validity, legality or unenforceability of the remainder of these Rules.

Choice of Law: To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, these Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Rhode Island, USA, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Rhode Island, USA.
